For this time,let's talk about a social problem:Housing Problem.

As everyone knows,the price for the houses are so high,so most of us have not bought a house for ourselves.But in fact,we want to own a house that means "home" to us.

So if you have a house,you can tell us your feeling about having a your own house,or whether you want to buy the second house;if you do not have a house,you can tell us your housing present situation,and your feeling of renting an apartment,e.g.about the price,the present situation,and so on.

Also let us talk about your own opinion of the measures which the government is taking,and the measures are useful or not,or the housing problems in other countries,and others about the houses that you really want to talk about with us.

OK.I will be the first here to talk about my opinion.

First,I should say I do not have my own house,but I believe I will someday in the near future.

Now I am renting an apartment myself,and I enjoy the feeling of freedom.The house I rent has a bedroom,a living room,a big balcony,a kitchen,and a washing room.It is a good circumstance for me.But as the price of the houses in most big cities of our country is rising,the same with mine.Last week,my landlord told me the price should be rised,and I have to pay more 30 yuan for this.So what can I say?In fact,nothing.Just do it.

It exists urban Housing Problem in China

The state of housing has a direct impact on a country's level of public health and an indirect effect on labour productivity through the general morale of the workers. Practically all the developing countries face serious housing problems, particularly in the urban areas. China, a developing country that upholds socialist economic principles, is no exception in this regard. One of the purposes of this article is to demonstrate that China shares with many developing countries the same intractable problems – namely, a shortage of housing supply and housing inequality in the urban sector. But having said that China's urban housing problem is brought about by policy directives and institutional arrangements that differ entirely from those in capitalist economies.

haha, I am coming here now ^_^ Let me show my opinions:

Sincerely , I wanna buy a new house !. because when I was young, my mom and my dad always rushing outside.so most of time , we need to rent different house at different place. so I am so strongly hope to have a stable and comfortable big house .Recently I am rushing outside as well. doing the same like my parents.

Even though, Buying a house is the biggest financial decision I 'll probably ever make and it's also one of the most stressful.It's so hard for me . what's more I need considering mortgages、estate agents、surveyors、solicitors、the property ect.  I will try my best to do it as well.. Come on.!Alice.
